Thanks John for giving us this awesome coverage, and also to his guest photographer, Tim Hand from Capt. Tate's!!!!! Wish I could've made it over there for weigh-ins but we're over here taking care of their bait needs just like Capt. Tate's in Dennisville.

Now I'm going to go and enjoy my mako steak for dinner tonight!!!

notice how nobody said they were going to go enjoy their blue shark steaks..... I mean don't get me wrong, i would kill a 120lb mako any day of the week, even a thresher. But in all honesty in a TOURNAMENT who the F*** hangs a 100 lb Blue at the scales. In a post above i think i read the word embarrassment, i think that it exactly how they must feel, and if not, they are clueless to tournament shark fishing. 100 lb blue? 400lb blue...Yea kill it if you think it'll get you money in the heaviest shark category. Dumb asses in my opinion, and it is coming from a fishermen who kills anything WORTH killing. 2 cents
