Skirt color/combos for recommendations three Black Barts

I just aquired three "Barts" i guess not black but good enough for me. Now I need to figure out the best color combinations (inner/outer).Other lures in my spread are a pakula lumo medium sproket (long rigger), pakula small sprocket in evil angel (short rigger) and a pakula mouse in friggate (long rigger)

the tops left is a jet head 1 1/2" before skirt notch 1 1/2" dia(short rigger or either corner)
the right top is a soft head slant 3" long before skirt nothces 11/2" dia (long/corner or short rigger) alternate
the bottom is a flat head 2.25" before skirt notch 1.75" dia (short corner)

i Fish mostly off of virgina and hatteras. Thanks in advance.

If you are not familiar with it, make sure you are aware of Chrystal which may or may not be fiber optic cable. It gives a glow not found with other options which you may combine it with.

Black Barts ? Too funny If you sent them to Capt Bart he'd send them back to you as a handful of resin-dust in a bag.

I believe you are right, my black barts have a seagull or bird in the black eye.

I concur with "Lure Doctor" Hays...those aren't Bart's lures. Purty, maybe, but not Poppa's work.

As for them being Barts, I bought them from a guy i trust but maybe he was dooped. They are not new and would assume they are older(probably ten years or more old). If they are knock-offs i don't really care because they are in-line with other prices for what i got. Here are some picture of the Bart on the bottom. But back to original question as i don't really care to have the thread go down the knock-off road- I have skirted two. But would still really like opinions on color combinations not correction on actual manufacturer of the head. I think it is a pretty good and informative topic. So if anybody else wants to just debate or comment on the manufacturer and not give a suggestion on the skirt color combination please just keep it to yourself. No offense, lets not be like the other forums out there.



one with silver going to blue OUTER/purple pink inner


larger one i did a Blue gold outer with reverse blue gold inner. Now i just need to order some for the slant

Since yoyu have 2 dark colors I would go with either a pink or a green/yellow.

Two tone blck and blue, or blck and purple with a pink inner
