I think this is a trophy size blue fish. I caught a 36in. almost 20 pounds. This was an impressive fight and I think its huge compare to the 25in blue fish i normally catch. Before I spend a few hundreds of dollars should i stuff it?

You should definitely mouth it.
Trophies are all relative- I have a sail, a moray, a small sand shark and a wahoo hanging in my trophy room (and I have a mako head mount on its way).
If you are pleased with the fish, and it sounds like it is a personal best, by all means get it done and hang her proudly.

I was expecting a Jackass episode with someone trying to hold a Bluefish like a Largemouth Bass...My answer would have been "go ahead" but I would have expected you to say "watch this" first.
As for mounting the Bluefish...You probably won't impress alot of experienced fisherman with it...but...who cares. If the fish brings you good memories...go for it.
36" is a nice one. Congrats.
Personally, I am holding out for a twenty pound Oyester toad for my first mount. Seriously!

Very good advice, Franky.

I agree with what Franky said. If that fish means something to you, then go ahead and mount it. I have a 45lb barracuda mounted in my garage that was the first fish I caught on an "offshore" trip with my father. I get a lot of weird looks when people see that, but it means a A LOT to me, so I have it hanging proudly.
Go ahead and mount it, just be careful if you decide to mouth it![]()
HAHAHA...just plain wrong, funny though![]()
Yes, she is one in the same. Her name is Teri. I thought you might remember that shirt...LOL
