I don't know what it is about them, But out of all the species I fish for I get the biggest thrill from them. I'm not sure whether its the bit of anxiety that you could get hurt if your not careful or the fact that they are the apex predator but for me I love having a shark at the end of the line.

Makos are my favorite and not just because of thefact that they are tasty on the Grill. A mako airing it out off the back of the boat is a site to behold.

I'm kinda partial to them as well. Probably put Hammerhead's on the top of my list, just bad ***. Love the video's of them going after Tarpon...that one video near the bridge in FL where the anglers are fighting a huge Tarpon all the while trying to keep it away for a GIANT Hammerhead is amazing!!!
