They wouldn't let Pick play... I sucked... Missed the big money fish. Did nothing wrong just didn't keep her glued... Next week with Bud Heavy we'll just have to fix that...

It appeared to me that almost all the heavy hitters drew blanks or at least not much. The ameature crowd rose to the occasion and handed us our collective ass... Oh well...

I don't think they allow commercials to fish those tournies. Sorry to hear about the slow fishing Deep. I'll stick one for ya in the Oc shark tourny this week.

I'm about to throw the lines for a day or two so before this gets out of control I would just like to tell all.

The decision that the Tourney Directors made had nothing to do with Rec vs Comm it was truly a business decision. I REPEAT THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO ABOUT REC vs COMM !!!!!

Richard , Chris and the rest of the directors thought very hard about the perception that would have been created by having my boat participate in there contest. That could have left more then one person / competitor walking away with a bitter feeling toward the tourney that they have worked so hard to make one of the best on the East coast.

I as a angler could have played on another boat and I had offers to be on other boats. I declined for one reason and one reason only , Would the Lone Ranger ride on anything but silver.

I would like to mention that Richard and his staff were complete gentlemen and I would like to thank them for there time and consideration. Maybe next year !!!!!!

D it was no big deal. They wanted pick to do some things with his boat to tune it down that would have cost him a fortune... Wasn't his doing and wasn't political... For all the crap he and I sling at each other he's ok people...
Still not fit to hold my chum bag but ok people...

Chasing the big fish is different than going shark fishing. Its hero or zero stuff... This time I was the zero... I fun fished today and found some duskies and a blue... Will fun fish for the next few then a tourney on Saturday...

OK I get it now. His boat is set up to do it the quick easy way. I guess some could see it as an advantage.Too bad you guys did'nt get to settle it on the water. Good luck in the next one Deep and Picker.
