Second To None Report 12/31

I showed up at the docks around 3:50 ,and saw mr.marty around 3:55 , and i must thank him and foul hooked VERY, VERY Much for my new Thermz Long sleeve shirt. Thanks again marty and foul.

As soon as i was on the boat, Baywolf was already riggin baits and settin up rods.

shane and chuck got there around 4:30, and off we went.

out 30 miles or so, and got some small , legal, kings.

a few boats hooked up, but pulled off.

Then , we see one of the only center consoles out there, a 26 ft hydra sport. It was a middle age man, and his 10 yr old son, they were all alone on that boat.

Who hooks up with a tuna? They do! They battle it for almost an hour, and need some help, so Baywolf geared up with jacket and gloves, and was shane was gonna steer the boat right next to them ,and the plan was to have baywolf board them and help them get it in ,but the fish broke off.

No other tuna the rest of the day. It did get decently windy/rough.
Got back at the dock around 2:30 or 3:00 , and Marty walks over, and he said they had a BIG one hit, said it looked like a buick well outa the sky

All in all a great day on the water, with great people.

Thanks again to Shane, Chuck, and Baywolf, for letting me ride along.

And another thanks goes out to Marty and Foul Hooked for my new thermz shirt!

Jesse Of Bogue

OH! chuck, shane, and baywolf, i have food poisoning. my dad has it too. we ate the same thing at a restaurant last night, and both of us got sick. undercooked pork.. ive thrown up a couple times since i been home. and my dad got antibiotics and stuff from the doctor today and i should be good by tomorrow. just feel realy crappy. i knew somethin was up there around mid-day. My dad said he tried to call me ,but i was outa range. unfortunately, my dad has it alot worse then me, cuz he ate more.

He is pretty sick, and in bed still today. he cant keep any food down. he is just drinking gatorade to stay hydrated, and taking his meds. doc said he needs to stay in bed, and not do alot of anything. he looks like crap to be honest.

im glad i only i1/2 of that porkchop ,and not 2 like my dad did.

my mom called the restaurant , and told them what had happened, they said they had several others with the same complaint.

apparently , they had hired a new chef , and he is not that good with pork i guess.. anyways, i have enuf coupons and stuff to eat at that place for a month rofl.. but.. i mean.. why would i eat at a place that made me sick. but whatever.

Anyways, THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE!

Sorry you didn't get your BFT, but it sounds like a nice day on the water regardless. Hope you get one on your next trip out.

Gotta run, it's anniversary night

yah , cudos to Baywolf especially, cuz he was the one that was gonna friggin hop from the boat we were on to theirs , leme remind u its a stiff sw wind, and 4-5fters , with a 6 tossed in!

We were joking about it afterwords, shane said he was gonna test Baywolf jumping skills, then baywolf said, "bs, more like my swimming skills".

guess u had to be there, was pretty funny, sucks they lost that fish though

Hey Jesse, hope your gut is feeling better, sure can take the fun out of fishing. Maybe we can do it again sometime, lets just hope the fish start showing up soon. Had a good time despite it all. It was a little sporty out there but I love a challenge.

Hey now, middle aged? Common Jesse, I am not that far along yet. LMAO

I am only 32.

I appreciate the help fellas. I had the leader in my hands about 5 times but just could not get more than about 6 feet of it. When I went from port to starboard with the fish so you guys could come along side the hook pulled.

I don't think its anything we did wrong. You can't control a pulled hook unfortunately.

We will get em next time.

I am glad you got to meet Marty and go fishing with the Second to None crew.

Keep up your good work with fishing. I am sure we will be reading about you in magazines in the future.

Good Luck to you Jesse.
