Seabass & Tilefish report for 4/24

Here's our report for 4/24 offshore Seabass then we ran to the canyon for some Tilefish. First we hit the Seabass grounds and started hooking into Seabass up to 6.5 lbs right off the get-go! And proceeded to catch nothing but Jumbo Seabass the whole day till we limited out. Then we hit the Tile grounds and and the Doggies were still biting pretty good there but we did manage to reel in 11 nice Tilefish up to 47 lbs. We only caught a couple Blueline and the rest were all Goldens. The bait of choice for the Tiles was whole 7 to 8 in. squid. For the Seabass we used Shimano Butterfly & regular Diamond Jigs! So it looks like the Seabass are still there pretty thick & the Tilefishing will only get better as we get closer to mid May. That's usually when the Doggies head back inshore. So anyone wanting to get in on this fishery feel free to contact us through our website. www.cleansweepcapemay.com
