Sea Cure Charters wins $10,000.00 with 74# Wahoo at Mid 500 w/ pics

Sea Cure Charters fished the Mid Atlantic $500,000 8/18-22/08 with Capt. Ron Sr., Capt. Ron Jr., Capt. Bill Heade, Mike Heade, Josh Burns, Tom Eagle, Tom Jarvis and Terry Leddy to take home biggest Wahoo and a Check for $10,000.00. We also had 6 White Marlin Releases for the week.

After a slow start monday at the Baltimore canyon, we switched our game up a little and ran to the south Toms canyon on Thursday. We had action all day in the wash, raising an easy 10 white marlin, hooking and releasing 6 up to 66 1/2 inches. But what made the day was a MONSTER Wahoo fought by Josh Burns. After the fight Billy "Madgaffer" sunk the hook and drug all 6' of huge wahoo over the side. The Biggest Wahoo ever aboard the Sea Cure and Biggest for the 2008 Mid 500.

We had a great crew and look forward to our next tournament with all of them.
