Fish are alot like life sometimes......sure that fish is ugly but appearently quite tasty.....just like the ugly chick that tries harder.....oops a little spicoli humor for a second lmao! I actually went to the local safood market today to get some Jumbo lump crab meat to cook baked stuffed flounder for dinner tomorrow.....got a hot date lol....they had a chilean sea bass fillet in the cooler and it dwarfed the sword fish loins and really just did not look appetising at all......I would assume you steak it like mako or swordfish......that loin was at least 4" thick.I also picked up some bay scallops and a hunk of grouper....$14 a pound for the grouper but since I cant seem to get down south to catch one I had to give it a try.
