they are saying that they want to get the ex_vessel price down to $2.50 now. Way back 20 years ago when it was that price the retail was $2.99. Up in Maine I would guess that would mean ex_vessel $1.50 and retail $1.99. Who woulda thought corn on the cob be more of a delicacy than lobster????
