Anyone know of a good charter captain for inshore and offshore fishing. I will be down there this weekend and I may try to fish. Also, what is being caught this time of year?

he's in Rincon/PR, if he can not fish with you at least he will recommend you the available guys/boats there.
he owns a great 1998 Albemarle, top equipped.
