    had a great today started fishing at 8 30 put the lines out black barts and marlin magic 5 lines got a triple hookup in a matter of minutes bait and birds everywhere marlin slashing bait sealions going nuts dolphins and porpoises corraling sardines into a smaller tighter baitball anyways we ended with over 40 attacks saw over 60 marlin caught them until clients had had enough around 2 pm biggest was caught by a lady named connie a huuge striped all of 400lbs it took 40 minutes to land on the accuarate 50 w great fight. lots of yellowfin to 75lbs and a few 50 wahoo as well. pete santini www.sportfishgalapagos.com

    Sure would like to see a photo of a 400# striped marlin from the Easter Pacific. I know they get them that big in Kiwi land I've caught them over 250#s here in Baja, but 400#s - WOW!!!

    Remembah that theah otha kind of stripahs...Stellwagon last year. Todd couldn't keep the other kind of stripah off the Spidahs. Ayep.
