I wish I could take credit, but these are all the camera. I'm seeing now that there really is alot of skill involved, which I don't have yet. The camera is a Nikon D80, with 18-200 VR lens. Just a UV filter. Glenn W and Squidnation helped me pick the equipment last summer. These were all shot on various auto modes.

I had wanted to work on my picture taking on this trip, but ended up pretty busy in the pit. All these pics are only of 4 or 5 fish.

Anybody wants to give me some tips on how to use the camera to its full potential, I am all ears

Great pics, got me excited. 35 days before I get to go south and hope to have some good action like you did. I'll leave the picture taking to others, though....I'm not that good at it.

Its true Alex is 6'6" the fishes head was somewere between Alex chin and lips and the tail was still on the deck. The head of the fish covered our shoulders side to side. It was a nice fish. I will never forget it.

your taking it the wrong way. i dig it. it just didnt seem worth it. ill take north carolina fishing any day of the week. i mean really billy caught an 80 pound mahi, they cleaned it. and were pissed we didnt add to his numbers. watching them tell me about a far off destination however has gone cold. its right here in my backyard, with hushpuppy's, and a menu for dinner i love! peace out.
