    Sailfish-Palm Beach

Heading down to Fla next week. Wanted to see if anybody had any reports on the sailfish bite? Any insight would be much appreciated

There are a few around but the big bite has not started yet. I'm fishing today and tomorrow so I can give you a better report later. The conditions are going to be better on Sat than today but we will see what goes on anyway.
    I'll post the report later.

Its been a pick... Wrong condition today so I pushed the schedule up a day. Tomorrow should be good. Had a couple on dead baits and even got covered up on the last hard north blow. Seeing 2-6 a day on dead from the east. Tomorrow we'll be switching to live probably for the rest of the season....

... Way down Lake Worth/ Boynton end? ... I worked a troll from Jupiter to pbi. Caught a single saw some tailing and got covered up all on dead. Seemed to be getting better as I got more south. I'm thinking Breakers to end of condos for tomorrow...

Condition sucked on our end of town through most of the day. Tomorrow is looking to be a home run...

Fished today out of Boynton with Chip from the Chips Ahoy/Sand Man, Capt Bugs, and little Mike. We left after a short work day at 2pm and went straight out front. We had one sail in the first 10 minutes so we figured we would set the world on fire despite the less than favorable conditions but that was it for the first hour and a half. We picked up and moved north a few miles and set up again. As we were getting the seccond kite bait out we had a hot sail come up and grab it. Then three more, one on the other kite bait and two on the flat lines. We released two of the four. We jumped pff one more then released another (midget-3 feet long) right as the sun was going down, We ended up four for seven. Not bad for an afternoon. I'm out at 3AM to catch more gogs and give it another try. The north wind tomorrow should get them snapping. I'm expecting someone to hit double digits, I hope it's me. I'll check in when I get back.
