can't stand it when your in the canyons trolling, not hooked up, and people insist on crossing behind you dangerously close to your lines. a couple of years ago we actually lost a spreader bar because of a guy crossing behind us to close and he had the arrogance to call us up on the radio and yell at US!!!! well i kindly told him he cut to close and to enjoy the new lure he just wrapped in his wheels (it was an inboard boat ) guess he got what he deserved

We had a dive boat run through our spread ... thats when you back it down to about 4 pounds of pressure on the drag and let them spool it ... Monos cheap

Second, those guys who are always looking for info on the VHF but never give any out. Or the idiot bragging on the VHF but not sharing. Or the guy on the radio "Is that you over there, on the numbahs we talked about, go to that channel, no the otha one?". Or the guy on the radio at 3AM doing his Journey sing-a-long. Come to think of it, just about anyone on the radio except for a couple guys I know....

I hate boat mechanics that keep telling you your boat will be finished and every time you go to pic it up its not ready. This guy even wreck my boat while he was supposed to be fixing it. He said that he was pulling it around and someone pulled in front of him and he turned and ran into something putting a nice gash in the hull gel coat and tour up the fender on the trailer. This is a first for me. I would highly suggest using a well recomended mechanic for any type of boat repair or addons.
