Not that i ever can type we'll but i stuck a dextor russle in my finger so im having even more problems posting

Im gonna post in another thread about the whole trip becuase over all it was a over night mare !


Any way once we arrived in the spencer it was 4am chunked for a few hours and got nothing to happin. At around 7 am i decided to start trolling along the spencer . I had a cape may boat near me called kakamo ~ He had seemed to have done very well on the over night ! We trolled around for about 2 hours and nothing but a few mahia mahia . We had whales all over and even saw some fish boiling on the surface.

Headed out along the 500 line and trolled towards the wilmington . Came back in around the 150 and started to see some life. Started working in and around some pots and got a few dolphin. After about 20 minutes we got 2 long fin up and in the boat .

Left that area and moved faster to the east notch . Started trolling again and got a really nice 60 to 65 pound long fin. About 20 minutes later i saw my spreader bar go under and then a nice size splash on top. After 15 minutes got the fish to the boat it was a wahoo .

All in all we had 3 longfin and a nice wahoo and about 8 dolphin. Not a bad trip fisshing wise but what a disaster in other ways ill post another thread about the trip !
