Thursday afternoon I got a call from Captain Brian. He said he was open since his charter had to reschdule.
He wanted to know if my son and I wanted to go play for a little while.HECK YEAH I said.
We left the dock about 6:30 and headed up the ditch to the fishing grounds. (classified)
We got there about 7:15 and got setup.
We had our first fish coming to the boat at 8:00. John started fighing the fish on the port side....he ended up on the starboard side before Capatin Brian leadered the fish.It was a beautiful 40lb class fish.
About 20 minutes after we released the first one, number 2 is hooked. This fish seemed a little bigger because as John was reeling it in the fish would pretty much drag him anywhere the fish wanted to go. LOLAfter about a 5 minute fight Captain Brian gets hold of the leader. This fish took us all the way around the boat just about.

As you can see Captain Brian had to dig in pretty good to drag this one over the side. Another female about 50lbs. She had definetly been eating well as she was very fat.
About 20 minutes later we hooked into fish number 3. This fish seemed even bigger then the last one. John had his hands full on this one. LOLAfter numerous runs he brought him right to Captain Brian.
This female was about 55lbs and was just an amazing fish.
The last fish came about another 20 minutes later. This one was a smaller male about 25lbs. We left him in the water and snapped a quick picture.
We fished about another 20 minutes and then we headed home.
We caught 4 of them in about 1.5-2 hours of fishing. We had 2 other bites that did not come tight. It was just a quick trip to get out and have some fun. We were back at the dock by 10.
Once again Captain Brian Harrington shows why he is the best. We all had a great time on a beautiful night.
Give Captain Brian a call if your interested in catching some of the big Red Drums. He will definetly put you on them.
Our next trip with him is August 26th. Its a trip Captain Brian gave my son for his birthday this year. I will have some video of that trip for everyone to see.
Thanks Captain Brian as always we love fishing with you.
