It is a private boat that my buddy owns, I am just trying to figure out what tackle I want to bring he is not real billfish savy, but I can fix that !!!PEACE

Donpop - Please bring back some info. I'd love to know who to fish with and if 1/2 days are enough (from my understanding the blue water is just a few miles offshore). 1/2 days will allow me to fish more often... Interested to hear what you catch too. Good luck.

Do your home work I tried to use mikes marina but left his phone number home and all the cab drivers will take to there friends boats.I did make my way to Bravro beach and met Chris who books charters for several operators incl first class charters.I checked out the boats and equipment and they seemed to be ok.Out of 2 boats I saw that day only one dolphin was caught but met a guy at the beach and he caught 2 wahoo and 3 big dolphin on Sat and I saw pics.Several people at my hotel used Gone fishing charters and the all cuaght fish earlier in the week.I went on a make up charter on Wed a very rough day we got on bite and caught and a 80lb white marlin.The chater operation was called Big Game Fishing out of El Cortecto.We got lucky the other boats did not catch anything.This is what I found interesting.If you book at the Hotel the boat is $750 a half day,internet is 650 and at the beach it is $550 for up to 7 people.if you need phone numbers PM me.
