Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
Project fighting chair
After building a few rocket launchers over the years , I decided to take on building a fighting chair from scratch. I saw some African Bubinga and thought it would look great. I got the slab from Hearne Hardwoods and the stainless steel from Bluewater Chairs. 4 coats of west system epoxy wet sanded with 320 and then 4 coats of urethane clear wet sandet with 2000 and buffed

Alex, one beautiful job! Just gorgeous..now you need some nice rods and gaffs with the abalone inlays to match set the chair ..the gaff and rod pics should be up late this week..take a look see. The owner of Bluewater is a great guy worked with us on the helm chairs for the tournament boat. Bill I think..been a few years..
