Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
Yeah, im not worried about a long run, I have always liked it so i would only look foward to getting to the bank...

I use a green machine
The fishing wouldn't concern me, the Boynton Beach area would though, it is a little sketchy, stay on the east side of the tracks. Ever consider a little north like WPB, or Jupiter even NPB? There is some good real estate to be had in WPB right now for next to nothing. Trust me you'll miss the tuna fishing, I lived down there for a few years and if I didn't have roots in the NE and mid atlantic, I could have never stayed.
Just watch your back in Boynton Beach, I've seen alot of bad shit go down in that area, Delray as well. They don't have the best reputations.
Good luck.

if you're from jersey, i wouldn't sweat boynton beach at all. the fishing ranges from good to fantastic, esp. if you would rather catch billfish than anything else. winter/spring sailfishing down there is one of my favorite addictions. if you need the name of a good real estate agent down there, let me know. plus you're only a hop skip and a jump from the keys, so don't sweat the fishing part of the equation for a second.

You'll like the fishing
The guys got it right, lots of variety.
Just remember those 60 mile runs require a visit to customs going there and coming back and entry fees. Na'ting free in da Bahamas, mon!
Seems like the winter sails have a habbit of hanging around Hilboro to Boynton!
Good luck
