Left Chinc 5:30. Headed for poormans om Tunahelper. Crossed paths with lots of OC boats heading for what looked like the Washington or 461.

Set out the spread 8:30, had a big run off that did not stay hooked up in the first 10 minutes, saw the hit and it did not have a bill. Hit a black/red alien with a ballyhoo short. Worked the area for the next 3 hours with nothing happening. Got another short bite on a chin weighted hoo behind the teaser short. Took the hoo, not the hook. About an hour later a white came up and hit the short naked ballyhoo behind the teaser. Put on a show for about 10 minutes then broke the leader on what would be his last leap. Trolled a little while longer, got a Mahi for the box and headed home.

Heard some radio fish around, one or two small tunas on the radio. Lots of bills around. looked like the color change was 10 miles inside of Poormans.
