Poor Girls Report On Cyntinory w/pics

This is a long post but I think you all will enjoy it
Well it was a tough job but someone had to do it, May as well have been me, Capt Rick and Mate Justin. Got a call on Thursday night from Senora Cigar Carolyn Kennington pleading for me to help her find a big boat for the Poor Girls. Some issues arose with their ride and needed a replacement. I made a few calls to the biggest boats I know and got a postive response from Capt Rick on the Cyntinory (of http://Cyntinorymarine.com) saying that he would take the ladies out. Thanks again Val and Rick. The plan was strictly marlin fishing in probably snottiest morning I have ventured out in in quite a while. Nice water around the baltimore but very little life. We worked south a bit and ran across a dolphin that was quickly boated.

No long after the right long gets nailed by Mr Tuna on the tld 20 with a dink naked ballyhoo. I knew this was gonna be a while, rough seas, first time angler, big tuna and dink rod.



The rest of the ladies cheered on from the mezzenine level.



Somehow capt Rick remained undistracted. Well for the most part.



mate justin offered a little bit more then moral support.



He kept telling the angler that he needed to adjust her belt. Funny I have never seen him adjust Val's Belt



This young lady was a trooper. Top angler on the boat and two fisting all day. Notice the ole' reach arounder in action again in the corner of the picture





The girls maintained cheerleader status.



Finally the beast showed



She kept it up





Just as justin was about to stick the fish I noticed a White Marlin wandering over to the dredge that was 3/4 out of the water. Luckily we had a long rigger out. I reeled it in to the side of the boat and the white came off the dredge and slurped my dink bait.







The ride home was obviously a hoot for the girls and time to unwind at 32 knots.




Notice the case of water was untouched



Back at the dock our lucky marlin angler got her first dunking by owner val Lynch.
