looking @ the lure pic.....do you have tubing the snell could be pulled inside of ? Just a hunch.....keeping everything inline and rigid. I like the concept. The nylon tubing may be to rigid, the poly version might work. It is a little more flexible/forgiving. US Plastics has a no shipping cost for the first order or the year...I believe 3 day ground ship

Deep if I look hard enough I could find you a brass sleeve 6" long to fit over the pins. Just not sure of the tubing diameter and space tolerance between the pins you are working with now. The brass was 99 cent per unit, till china started buying all our metal
