[Squidnation]

Fished on the Matador with Capt Jake and Mate Ben. ROugh and cold was the call and they were correct. Couldn't get away from the fat alberts in the morning. Had a yellowfin bite on the shortest rod and had some other yellowfins eats the squids off the right squidnation electric blue daisy chain. check out the left squidnation natural daisy chain and found a squid missing as well. Lost the yellowfin at the boat. Hooked up on a piggy bluefin on the jig. It was a cool bite but had some tackle failure. Got one bluefin to stick on the right long crystal seawitch. Tony had him to the boat and ben stuck em. First blue fin of the season for us. I am sure jake will be going after em for a couple weeks. Nice day inspite of the conditions. The Bluefins were so thick at one point that we could sea them surfing in the waves. That was cool. Give Jake a call 757-759-6008.

Nice work on the Bluefin, and great to see some yellowfins out there too! Any idea where you guys were fishing? We're heading out this weekend (weather permitting) and am trying to figure out where to start.
