    Which Pelagics in general fight the hardest lb for lb??

    I think albacore are tough. They use those long pec fins. Some have bigger shoulders than others.

    I'd have to agree. If the albacore grew to 500-600lbs. you'd have your hands full.

    the next one is always better...
    bluefin and thresher over 200lbs (give or take some). once the bluefin get to around 170-200lbs and when threshers get to 200+lbs they become different animals and become some of the hardest fighting fish. just my 2cents

    I agree with Tags, we have landed threshers up to 526lbs and every one we have landed has put our customers in a world of hurt. Of all the fish I have seen I must say the Threshers are the some of the toughest
