I had to get mine expedited for a bahamas trip this past january... if your wondering about getting urs in time do it as soon as possible and avoid having to go to one of hte national offices. They are worse then the dmv. You have to call and get an apointment but there wont be any apointments available, but if spend 8 hrs there in day and jump through enough hoops they will give you your same day as long as you are proving that you are leaving within 14days. Also if you are planning on traveling by boat (ie private boat not cruise ect) then you will have one hell of a time proving to them when you are leaving
