Part 2 Aug report COWssssssss!

Besides some occasional rain , it did not stop Juan Manuel on wearing his arms off on YFTs , taking in one day 3 YFTs all over 200 lbs. ,the last fish taken was weighed at the dock at 230 lbs. , unfortunately the other big fish have to be filet offshore , cause there is no room in the boat to keep this many big fish on ice , Hannibal banks and Isla Montuosa producing YFTs liked crazy , Popping ,Jigging and natural bait , anything you can throw at them , they were hitting the wood before it hit the water , Juan caught some other species as well, Capt. Macho and Capt. Sergio behind the scene, BTW it is August !!! ( there was a lot of Yfts photos not taken because of the rain) what problem to have ! LOL

Rainbow Runner , great fish on light tackle , excellent Marlin bait

i've heard of them and seen pictures of smaller ones but dang that looks like a monster.

Those tuna blowing up the surface gives me wood. Pure friggin WOOD!
Is that a trigger fish being hurled through the air?

Yes those are trigger fish , the Tuna was smacking the log so hard, cause the triggers is holding tight to the wood , the log was actually getting bounce around by the frenzy

It is a Rainbow Runner , abundant in this area , great fishing with really light tackle on surface lure , excellent bait for Big Marlin , here are a few more pics.
