    Thumbs up Paracord as Harpoon Line

    Has anybody out there used parachute cord ( Paracord 550 ) as thier harpoon line set up.If you have let me know how it worked and whether you liked or disliked it .

    I think I have one basket set up with that stuff. It is a parachute cord, not sure it is 550.

    I use 1/4" braid right to the dart .. no problems at all. Just tie a bowline about 3 feet above dart so you can remove rope if dart goes through fish or lodges inside. Very simple and effective ..
