Panama Advice
Looking to possibly do a trip to Panama for 3 days of fishing in February- March. Know of most of the big operators down there. Anybody have any suggestions on who is the best to go with or know any other charter operators, etc.

I fished with Pesca Panama (pescapanama.com) last year. Very pleased with accommodations, service and equipment. I believe that they are the best of the big operators and because of the mothership, offer shorter rides to more remote grounds.
I highly recommend this outfit.

Panama Big Game Club. Send panamabiggame a pm and see if he has anything available. Capt Lee is a member on this site. I have some friends that have fished with him twice and they were pleased. His place is at Boca Brava i believe. anyway if you look him up in the member list he has a link to his web page.
check out tropic star lodge that time of year is good. they do have 3 day packages as well as 6 days of fishing. you will eat sleep and fish while you are there. not much else to do at the lodge.

i would check out the paradise place. at tropic star there is absolutely NOTHING to do. except fish, eat, sleep. personally, i would never go back. its like a week in prison.
