Over Under - 113 Pound Wahoo with George Poveromo

Here's a teaser for the show which will air Feb. 15, 2009 at 7:30am. We had some of the best fishing we've ever experienced in the Bahamas, and we managed to catch it all on film for a change.

Watch as we catch a 113 Pound Wahoo as we were "cleanning up" and heading home the last day!

Isn't it always the way. Great job on the wahoo! Looks like you were rigged up right for the job with the little shot of cable in there.

very good catch....yes, we rig our Blue Marlin Lures with cable underneath the skirt for just this reason in the Bahamas. We were trolling down the edge towards the barn and had some Blue Marlin stuff out, since that's about all we hadn't caught on the trip...honestly paying not that much attention. Sure enough. Wahoo grabbed the right short and caught us all by surprise.

Shark was right on his arse, but the hoo was bigger than the shark this time and we managed to snatch it away from the damb shark.
