Over night with Over Under Charters !

Helloo , Hope every one had a good weekend !!

First i would like to say thanks to Trey and mike from over under for a excellent time on the water. These guys were great to fish with and I had a great time hanging with them !

Hit the water around 1pm sat and headed to the canyons . Started trolling acouple hours later and bang got a small bluefin and a couple decent yellow fin. Headed the rest of the way to our spot and set up for the night chunk ~!

Here is a picture of AL fighting a nice yellow fin on 30 pound test. I have to say i give him alot of respect, after 2 hours of this fish not wanting to come up and take a gaff he stuck with it and got him onboard!




Damn he looks like he could use a nap ! Just wanna say it was great fishing with you ~ You took some abuse from us but dished it right back !






During the rest of the night it was slow going , got another run off or 2 and boated 1 more small yellow fin!

Then on the morning troll before we headed back in Mike C Pulled in a nice 30 to 40 lb long fin .

All in all a great trip 1 blue fin, 4 yellowfin and 1 long fin !!!


One thing i really liked was the amount of bait they had on board . We had some of this and some of that . I will say it was not for a lack of tring on the chunk we all worked our asses off .



Had a killer ride out and a killer ride home sea conditions were awesome !

Once again i would like to say thanks to trey and mike for all the hard work they put in on this trip !!

A comment i would like to say . This was the first open boat trip i have ever went on . I would also like to say i will do it again and again , got the a chance to meet some great people and also learn some new things !

So if your ever thinking about going on a open boat charter dont hesitate just do it !!! Im sure you will have a great time .

Also make sure you check with over under adventures and get on there list for open boat spots.
