OTI rods

Hey guys posting from australia im after a OTI popper rod " 7'6 " for my stella 8000... I want to use it for off the rocks spinning big metals and garfish... Poppers around 150gms and has to tackle tuna on big sluggos on poppers but our tuna rarely exceed 60kgs over here.... thats considered a stonker fish!!

Im running 300 metres of 50lb varvias braid ....

I was thinking the 40-60lb model. I think the 80lb model would be a bit overkill for what i want to do, theres no cow tuna over here.

Is it capable of landing that 60kg yellowfin (dreamin) just incase?!?!?

i dont know the rod well, but the 40-60 would be about right. Watch out for the braid screwing with the guides. I dont remember what brand,but once i had a problem...
