Old salty planer

I order a number 24 old salty planer online i have been charged and have a reciept but i have yet to recieve the planer. I ordered it june 11. I have sent email and a message on this site but haven't heard anything. Does anyone have a contact i can't seem to get ahold of anyone at old salty. I have only heard great things about old salty co. so i am assuming there is some sort of misunderstanding.

I tell you what. If you search the different internet thread for "Old Salty" you will see they get great reviews for thier products. You will also see that they are very diffucult to contact and it can take months for them to respond. I recently have a very good buddy who wanted to bring them into his tackle shop and it took over two months for Old Salty to call him back. Said he would have pricing later the same day and we are still waiting over a month. I just don't see how they can survive with business practices like this unless they have another division that keeps them in business.

We went ahead and ordered some from Alltackle to try out and they arrived in a matter of days. If I were in your shoes, I'd cancel your sale with O.S. and reorder from Alltackle or another dealer that has them in stock. If they are waiting for a stock order it may still take you two months to get your order filled.

TT

Well you can take it up with your CC company and have them reverse the charges. Otherwise, wait for it to arrive in who knows what time frame.
