    Talking okuma cedros speed jig rod

    Does anybody knows anything on okuma cedros rod before i buy it, Right now I just have a shimano trinadad tn 20 reel, can some body help me out please thanks

    I have 2 of them and I really like them. For the money they are nice. I am sure they don't compare to a custom jig stick but they both work for me. I have the spinning rod version 30-60lb and a 50-100lb. Both have cabos on them.

    As a builder, I have experience with them. I flexed one for a customer last week touting its bend, and it snapped a foot from the tip.

    As always, you will get what you pay for. You may save some money up front, but will pay it back in spades when you have to return the rod for replacement. Time, gas and effort. If thats a fair trade, then its ok.

    I build jigging rods that take the fear of breaking out of the picture. I can't as a builder sell stuff that will be coming back broken; its not good for my reputation to do so.
