OI TUNA REPROT FROM TUES WITH PICS.

What a beautiful day on the water flat seas, but the fish were know where to be found at first! We left out of the inlet a little late because of the fuel dock not opening up until 5:00 AM and someone had the hose before we did. So we waited until around 5:45 AM before we got underway.

Fantastic crew JimmyK, Reelfool, Crabdeer, KenY and friend Tim. So we set off and head towards the 780 area where the bite was yesterday and were greeted with beautiful water but nothing on the depth finder. So we and the Hog Wild, Carolinian and another 8 or so boats go looking. We were just out of range of the guys up North and heard of a little bite down towards the 650 area. We run and so does everyone else. Setup and troll. We get one HELL of a bite that just runs like no tomorrow. Little slack in the line and it is gone. Darn!!! So everyone is crying the blues where we are. So after just barely hearing that Elison on the Outer Limits was headed in from up on the 900 line, we decide to run. Oh yeah about that time we find some LITTLE Bailers on a bouy. get four or five of them, then head North. 36 Mile run and lines in. WHAM!!! first Tuna in the boat. We fished hard and scrapped out 7 fish from 20#'s to 40#'s. We missed several fish and lost two real nice fish. JimmyK and Reelfool did a great job in the cockpit and my thanks goes out to them. It was a pretty day out there and the bite was scattered when the rest of the fleet came in. We ended up doing better than someof the boats that had been there all day.

Thanks for the great crew and God thank you for the beautiful weather for a change!!!
