We killed one with Admin a couple years ago in the SJ. Seafood Johnny was the one who cut her on the table that night. I saw him back away a few times. Flat even giot some video of the fillets twitching in the freezer...

Took a guy out one time and he caught his first shark. Back at the cleaning table the steaks were twitching and he took a few quick steps back. Laughed my butt off and told him it was safe. No teeth attache to the steak.

Last year the fish we killed for the OC shark tourney was still twitching at the scales. We had killed and tied it about 5 hours prior and I even finished it with a knife right through the sweet spot. So after hanging it for awhile we gave it to the fishcleaner. A crowd had now formed since it was a slow day and all of a sudden I hear them hooting and hollaring. Apparently the fish cleaner removed the heart and it was still beating! I grabbed it and tried to get a short vid but my cell was dead.I wish I had the balls to take a bite while they where all staring. I'll bet I could have gotten atleast one to pass out.
