Started on the 100 line just south of the Baltimore. Water was cold (68) and ugly. Not much life to speak of. Birds searching, a couple pods of bait but nothing too promising. Headed north east all day trying to find warmer water. Found a large pod of Rissos Dolphins east of the Baltimore but never found the fish. We finally found a little break (less than 1 degree) up around the Vries in 80 fathoms with a decent weedline at the end of the day. Could only fish it for a half hour and missed a dolphin. Only bite all day. Pretty day out there but very slow for us. Sounds like the best of it (in the vicinity) was in the Wilmington. I started us a little too far south. Oh well, you win some and, well, just like the Ravens, you lose some. On the plus side, the boat is running great!

Dont feel bad, Fished the norfolk yesterday, 1 bite, it was a false alby. The navy buzzed us with a plane and made us move a few times so we couldnt run the line we wanted, but man it was dead....
Thanks for the report Eric....based on your report, the 10 pointer I saw grunting and chasing a doe last night and the duck opener this Saturday, my rods are going to be dust collectors for the next 7 months! This time of year rocks! No time to be disappointed as fishing season ends b/c there more critters that need killin'!
