oc maryland report july 4/5/7

Ocean City, Maryland Day 1: Had lines in water around 6am didn't have a touch until about 10am when the right long rigger popped and the fight was on! fought the fish for 45 minutes, then we finally saw color; but he wasn't done fighting yet. After another 20 minutes we sunk the gaff into him and had a 58 inch bluefin, approximately 120 lbs on the deck of the No Worries. We also had another nice runoff, but that was it for the rest of the day.

Ocean City, Maryland Day 2: Had the Hoffman brothers and a buddy out for a day, trolled to the sight on Day One and trolled from 6:30am to about 8:30am and had are first run off but didn't come tight. Trolled the area for another 2hrs but no luck, so we picked up and ran for about 12 miles to another lump which has produced for us in the past but it just wasn't in the cards for us today.

Ocean City Day 3: Hooked up with a buddy on the vessel Great Life capt kevin and ran a little farther north of the hot dog and set out spread and had a couple of bluefish right away. We continued trolling and about 2 hrs later had our first nice runoff but didn't come tight. We had another two knockdowns, then the third was a runoff and came tight. We fought the fish for about 40 minutes then sunk the gaff into a 57inch bluefin on deck weighing approximately 90 to 100 lbs.
