I always focus on the "inshore report 20 to 40 nm" when fishing out of OC. Even if I am fishing the Baltimore, PoorMans or Washington. It seems this inshore forecast is more honest, if there is such a thing an an honest weather forcast!
The offshore report - 200 nm off Hatteras in the deep - I don't plan on fishing there....
