The Fields boy's will be there to attack the inshore division this year Bill. I am excited to get them out one more trip. They are leaving for Florida next week. My oldest starts tackle football and school. See everyone there.

We will be fishing inshore on the "2 FAR OUT" since Reel Fantasy is broke down. The Reel Fantasy guys are providing the amusments for the tournment and it should be fantastic. The whole parking lot at the club will be taken up with rides for the kids. Brian has offered to allow participants to park at Sunset marina across from the public boat ramps. See ya at the registration on Friday!!

As a side note- participants must park at Sunset or the Public lot on SUNDAY.

I will be fishing both days. I have a regular client of mine's 15 yo granddaughter and her friend. 1 day inshore, 1 day offshore.

Reel Estate is in...but I have a Question

Connor "The Croaker King" Campbell (6 years old, his self proclaimed name) will be fishing both days. Been talking about it for a year since last years' event. Wouldn't miss this for the world.

Question...Since there is a Billfish release catagory, I am assuming we must use circles when trolling natural baits or natural bait/lure combos. Franky can you clarify here?

    See you all this weekend...

Good Luck...AND HAVE FUN WITH THE KIDS!!!!!!!!!!

I believe we are going to eliminate the marlin category to allow for J hooks on the headboats and in the bay(since all natural baits need to be used with circles)- Do not worry though- if someone should "accidentally catch a marlin" there will be recognition.

Mer personally, I am dragging circle hooks and marlin fishing on one day of it.

Thumbs up Thank you Mr. President

    Franky,

Many thanks for the come back here. All he wants to do is go to the "Poor Man's" to catch a blue one...If I can pull that off this weekend, I will have achieved bigger than God-like status in my life...oh to be so lucky...

    Thanks for the clarification.

Talk to you this weekend, and see you out at the Pork Chop.
