Had the publisher's of the Maryland Fisherman's Annual (which I've written a nice little article on OC bay fishing in) on board Saturday one of which brought his brother from Idaho along. Well, Brian got to drop back to and hook up to his first white ever (flat line hoo with green bubbler) and give it to his brother while I shanked the one that I had briefly hooked up on a bar on the short rigger. Released the white and brought home 12 nice gaffers and missed another white later in the day, not one tuna bite though. All in about 25 fathoms............Sonny B hates it when I miss the bridge by 5 minutes, all he wants to do is get to the dock and go to the bathroom. I can't imagine holding it all day
Great report and awesome photos! Nice looking lab....I miss mine! Put him down last year...15 years old! Best dogs in the world. Cheasapeake Bay retriever close 2nd.....
