We went to the Spencer yesterday July 3rd. The water was 73 degrees and blue green. My 9 year old nailed a Nice 20 lb Mahi as soon as we started. Then we worked the Tip for 2 hours and nothing doing. We ran up to the Lindy and nailed 4 more Nice Mahi, but no YFT around for us. There was an early Big Eye bite out there in the 500 Fathom area.
The wind was Hinking all day, NOAA really blew that Forecast
