Last week again there were great reports of fish being caught all along the north coast which gives me huge hope for the up and coming summer season…
Last week again the Umdlotie area produced good bags of Tuna, apart from the tuna there were also some good Couta that came out averaging 10 – 17kg’s – A big well done to Rowan Colman landing his 1st Sailfish!
There have also been some nice size Snoek on the inside along the Westbroek – Umdloti river mouth area, only problem is that they are there one day and gone the next. This is the time for big GT’s so jigging on the drop offs should produce some good fish!
The Northern KZN Spots have all been producing some Good Couta bags and early Couta season is pointing to a good run this year!
