Very nice FISH right here in Good ole Carolina....
Those guys will be like in the clouds for a little while. Can't be sure they'll ever see one like that again so CONGRATULATIONS to the whole team and enjoy the memories!

Congratulations again Capt Mike and crew. Helluva fish. "Livin the dream".
Unreal that it was taken during a tourney. Talk about getting new people involved in the sport. You put up a fish like that on a stage like that, and I gaurantee there were no Marlin Magics within a fifty mile radius of P.C. LOL.
True about getting more people interested in the sport, but you'd be amazed how many want to go catch one on a half day trip. It was funny the number of people who wanted to tuna fish after seeing a load of fish on the dock but would only book the boat for a half day spanish trip. Bit of a difference.

Well said Tuna Tamer. I once heard that "marlin fishing is not for the faint of heart or the faint of wallet." It's hard to catch them with clarkspoons and planers too. I had a crowd book a 1/2 day last week and then asked me how many marlins I thought we would catch that day. Not really sure how to respond to that one...
Best quote ever sums that up.
