    Unreal that it was taken during a tourney. Talk about getting new people involved in the sport. You put up a fish like that on a stage like that, and I gaurantee there were no Marlin Magics within a fifty mile radius of P.C. LOL.

    True about getting more people interested in the sport, but you'd be amazed how many want to go catch one on a half day trip. It was funny the number of people who wanted to tuna fish after seeing a load of fish on the dock but would only book the boat for a half day spanish trip. Bit of a difference.

    Well said Tuna Tamer. I once heard that "marlin fishing is not for the faint of heart or the faint of wallet." It's hard to catch them with clarkspoons and planers too. I had a crowd book a 1/2 day last week and then asked me how many marlins I thought we would catch that day. Not really sure how to respond to that one...
