Here is the article which appeared in the December issue of Field and Stream featuring senior editor Mike Toth celebrating his 50th birthday in Islamorada, fishing out of Bud N' Mary's. His goal was to catch 50 species of fish (which he did, actually 51!). He fished with Captain Jim Willcox backcountry, and the Catch 22 offshore. Check it out here:

I just spent my 51st B-Day in Islamorada and didn't want to come home.

Caught Mackeral, cobias, lots of different snappers, ladyfish, sharks, trout, groupers, remoras, sail cats, etc etc.
Plenty of variety to pull a hook.
