What do you guys think about this being they are going to shut down the Bluefin fishery any day now?

Well our normal buy in for this tournament is everything except the yellow fin big kahuna jackpot .
Being in sept. we will probably skip the blue fin calcutta and just fish the yellow fin.

If you can take a bluefin then we probably will actually go all in.

Time will tell but a tuna tournament in sept makes me happy some really great fishing to be had. Weather may suck but big fish !

I don't see anything about closure. Schoolies (27-47) are closed. They will be open from Great Egg North from Aug 25 to Sep 14. 47-73 inch are supposed to be open til May 07. I checked on the 1-888-USA-TUNA and there are no updates there either
