Congrats on the new job!! I have a bro-in-law who has worked at Merritt for about 30yrs and I had the pleasure of fishing on the Reel Tight, 80' Merritt, in st Thomas a few years ago, incredible!!! I hope you guys have the A/C in cockpit? only way to fish!

Merritts are some badass boats, i had the chance to walk through Merritts yard in mid march, with a friend who works for them. They had a 72 in progress as well as a 58 express which he said is the last one they are building. We also had the opportunity to board one that was getting ready for delivery called Seraphim, an 84 footer. Sick Boat! The owner of Hendrick Motorsports had his own Merritt there called Reel Wheels which i believe was a 72 or 76 as well as Alan Jacksons boat call the Hullbilly. Sorry to rant but they are some sweet boats
