I am new to sportfishing and i am going to buy my boat, the species that i fish and would like to start fishing are, tuna, mako, marlin, sailfish, swordfish, wahoo, albacore, skipjack, barracuda etc..
I need recommndations on the tackle and gear to buy for my boat(it will be between the 36-55 foot range).

Welcome aboard Diego.
There is a lot of great gear available - Shimano, Penn, Avet and others make great reels - As for rods, you can get decent off the rack rods from Shimano, Penn, Star to name a few or you can go full out custom - Almost anything you could possibly want - Just comes down to how much you want to spend.
It might make sense to find a local captain or mate to help you outfit your boat and help you select the right gear for the type of fishing you will be doing.
You don't mention where you are going to be fishing - that may also come in to play - Pacific may call for live bait and a large live well, east coast, we mainly troll dead baits, plugs, spreader bars...
