Need information on fishing in Tulum/Punta Allen mx

The Family and I are taking a trip to the southern part of the Yucatan pennisula. Im looking for information on light tackle fishing in this area.

Once you get to the north side of Tulum try and make your way over to the eastern side of Rivers peninsula. This will put you in the middle of the main town. Their is a side street made out of brick called Rivers Rd, take a left and go 2 miles. Eventually you will come to a gas station on the corner of Cordell Blvd. Go around back and you should see a small shack where they sell woven baskets. Go inside and ask for Pablo Sanchez. If he is not there then head back to River Rd. There is a bar called Delilas right in the middle of town. Go inside and ask for Pablo. Alot of the time he is passed out in the back left corner, if he is, be careful but wake him up and buy him a tequila shot and a corona. Pablo has the best blood worms in town. I suggest using a standard double rig as the spot bite is ferocious at the time.

I second Pablo and his bloodworms. Best I have ever used. It is almost like they glow once they hit the water. Someone once told me that Pablo is ralated to Arch (48).
