There is a company in Marco Island and Naples area called Satisfaction Guaranteed, that has that kind of fleet. Capt Brien ownes the company and is a great guy, he and his family also own a very nice seafood rest on the island, maybe you could work out cooking your catch for dinner. Marco is 15 min south of naples and the northern most island before 10000 islands. Great fishing that time of year, snook, reds, permit, and tarpon. good luck. I will be there in a few weeks.
